How It Works
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Click on "Contact us" in the comment section give a detailed description of what you would like us to create for you, please include your image, items of interest, and if you are requesting digital items or shipping physical items.
- We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days to discuss acceptance or non-acceptance of project with details and pricing.
- All designs created by Cucie Creation are custom-made specifically for the client.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, spelling, dates, names, colors, and design details.
- Once design details and order information have been reviewed and approved by both parties, the order is considered FINALIZED.
- Due to the customized nature of our products and services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- NO refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once payment has been received.
- Delivery date is not guaranteed, items are shipped as close as possible to the requested due date. If shipment is delayed for any reason, the client will be notified as soon as possible.
- Additional revisions beyond those included in the original quote may result in additional charges.
- Cucie's Creation reserves the right to use completed designs for portfolio, website, and social media marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
